Nathan Scholze, Director of Safety & Compliance

Nathan joined PCS in 2013 and has been an integral part of PCS’ growth through the years. As director of operations for PCS, Nate oversees the safety and compliance program and directs PCS’ drug and alcohol program. With years of safety training experience, you can be assured you are getting the best from this guy when he is on-site. Nate enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing with his wife in Wisconsin.

Brandon Schmidt, Safety and Compliance Program Manager

Brandon joined PCS in 2016 and is out of Sparta, WI. Brandon is the safety safety and compliance program manager for PCS and oversees all safety and compliance operations.

Debbie Scholze, Human Resources Director

Debbie joined PCS in 2017 as the director of Human Resources. She has been an integral part of the online safety training platform along with other roles as drug and alcohol administrator and Compliance Assistance Program administrator.

Tawnya Jewell, Human Resources Assistant

Tawnya joined PCS in 2024 as one of our Human Resources Assistants. Tawnya is an integral part of the online safety and compliance data entry along with many other roles.

Katelyn Scholze, Human Resources Assistant

Katelyn joined PCS in 2024. Her strong understanding of online training as data entry has made her onboarding an smooth transition. Katelyn is eager to help find solutions for each and every challenge your company faces.

AJ Jewell, Safety and Compliance Consultant

AJ joined PCS in 2024. AJ is one of the safety and compliance directors for PCS. AJ works on-site to help clients maintain their safety and compliance operations.

Kelli joined PCS in 2021 as PCS’ human resources specialist and graphic designer. Kelli brings a wealth of knowledge to our team pertaining to online safety modules and Clearinghouse. Kelli has 16+ years in graphic design experience and is quick to learn and educate others.
